These Terms of Service govern your use of OKAP Recharge, a service operated by OKAPRECHARGE INC, that allows you to send mobile airtime and data bundles to phone numbers in Haiti.
1. The service
OKAP Recharge provides a platform for purchasing and delivering mobile airtime and data to recipients in Haiti. We act as a delivery service between you and the mobile network operators (Digicel Haiti and Natcom Haiti). We are not a telecommunications carrier and do not control the recipient's mobile network.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the recipient phone number is correct before completing checkout.
- You authorize the charge for each recharge you initiate.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Pricing and fees
All prices are displayed in US dollars and include the recharge value and a service fee. Prices are shown before payment and are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; charges are locked at the moment of payment.
4. Delivery
Recharges are typically delivered within seconds. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to network operator issues. If a recharge cannot be delivered, you will receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
OKAPRECHARGE INC is not liable for recharges sent to an incorrect number entered by the customer, for service interruptions caused by the recipient's mobile network, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any transaction is limited to the amount charged for that transaction.
6. Accounts
You may create an account to access features such as transaction history and saved numbers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
